Miami Dolphins trade for tight end Adam Shaheen

The Dolphins acquired tight end Adam Shaheen from the Bears for a late-round draft choice on Saturday, Joe Schad of the Palm Beach Post reports.

Shaheen, 25, spent three years in Chicago, where he was a second-round pick out of Ashland, a Division II school in Ohio.

Shaheen, 6-foot-6, 257 pounds, had 26 catches for 249 yards and three touchdowns for the Bears.
